Join REI + HOKA for a Run Healthy Workout: Core Strength. Exercises will be led by team HOKA and will focus on helping runners stay fit on their off running days. Workouts will target specific areas of the body: core, lower body, strength, stretching and more. Grab your water, towel and yoga mat for this workout that's focused on getting your core muscles strong to keep you stable and balanced on your runs.
